Shipping Policy FAQ
- How long will it take for my order to get to me? After an order is placed, it typically takes 2-3 business days for us to ship. The standard shipping time for most of our products is 5-7 days. Items within the same order may ship separately to get to you quicker.
- Do you offer international shipping? Not yet, but hope to soon! Currently, we only ship in the U.S.
- How much is shipping? It is FREE for all email subscribers; the code will hit your inbox shortly after subscribing. Don’t pay for shipping! (unless you wanna)
- Do you offer local delivery? Please DM or email us. We do pop-up markets in Dallas, Texas and can likely arrange something.
- Do you offer refunds? Unless the item is defective, no refunds will be offered.
- How can I track my order? Tracking information will be sent to your email within a few business days.
